Thank you for visiting the Town of Castle Rock online! I'm David Corliss, and as the Town Manager, I am responsible for carrying out the policies and ordinances the Town Council approves; appointing the heads of the Town's departments; and overseeing the Town's operations. It is my honor and privilege to serve this wonderful community.
Residents and visitors agree Castle Rock is a very special place to live, work and explore. The Town provides a full range of top-rate services including police and fire, parks and recreation, planning and development, roads construction and maintenance, and water resources.
