Section 125 Flexible Benefit Accounts provide an opportunity for employees to set aside pretax dollars for eligible health care or dependent care expenses. The maximum annual account contribution is $2,500 for the health reimbursement account and $5,000 for the dependent care reimbursement account.
Recreation Center memberships
The Town offers free
Castle Rock Recreation Center memberships to eligible Town employees and their dependent family members. Under IRS regulation, this benefit is taxable to employees.
Employee Assistance Program
The Town provides an Employee Assistance Program through Mines & Associates for employees and their household members. This benefit provides up to five confidential visits per household member with an EAP provider at no cost to the employee.
Travel assistance program
Provided free from Lincoln Financial Group, this program provides 24-hour, toll-free access to emergency assistance when you travel 100 miles or more from home for 31 consecutive days or less.
