liveBIG 5K Postponed ~~Sunday, May 5~~ The liveBIG 5K has been postponed and will be rescheduled for the fall of 2013. A family-fun 5K to support the Castle Rock Parks and Trails Foundation. Learn more about the race. Questions? Email us or call at 720-733-2284.

Tri the Rock Sunday, May 19 Butterfield Park and Pool 6:30 a.m. - bike racks open 8 a.m. - first wave starts $40 fee through May 12 $45 fee May 13 - May 17 (no race-day registrations) It's waiting for you, all you have to do is try! This will be the eighth year for the youth triathlon open to kids ages 5-14. To continue to promote health and wellness, $10 of every registration goes right back to the participant's school P.E. program. Learn more about the race and register at tritherock.com.
