Notice is hereby given that Castle Rock Development Company, LLC has made application for a Site Development Plan Amendment for Meadows Filing 16, Parcel 6 Superblock and Parcel 7. The property is located north of Wolfensberger Road on the east and west side of Coachline Road and also described as located in a portion of Sections 3, 4, 9 and 10 of Township 8 South, Range 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Town of Castle Rock, County of Douglas, State of Colorado.
The proposed development lies on approximately 39.6 acres. The application proposes 57 single-family, detached dwelling units. Each neighborhood will have a single point of access from Coachline Road.
Public hearings into said application will be held before the Planning Commission, Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. and before Town Council, Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. Both hearings will be held at the Town of Castle Rock Town Hall, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, Castle Rock, CO 80104. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and will have an opportunity to make public comments.
