Use by Special Review for New IREA Substation Located at Lot 1, Meadows Filing No. 23

Notice is hereby given that Intermountain Rural Electric Association (IREA) has requested a Use by Special Review for a new neighborhood substation, located at Lot 1, Meadows Filing No. 23 to be known as the Meadows Substation. The proposed substation will be located on a 4.1-acre parcel and necessary to accommodate the growth and demand in the area.

Public hearings into said application will be held before the Planning Commission on
August 8, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. and at Town Council on August 20, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. (Times are approximate). The hearings will be held at the Castle Rock Town Hall, 2nd floor Council Chambers, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearings.

Copies of the application materials are available for inspection at the Development Services Department, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado, during regular business hours. Please call Pam Hall, Project Manager, 720-733-2205 for more information
