Philip S. Miller Park
The Town's No. 1 park priorityPSM Park
In summer 2013, the Town broke ground on its largest park project yet -- Philip S. Miller Park. With a variety of unique features and more than 230 acres of space, the park is bound to be a regional draw.

Of all the Town’s new park initiatives, this project has the highest priority. It was one of the five top priorities considered when developing the Town’s 2013 Budget.

Over time, it could take nearly $30 million in public and private funds to build the all of the amenities as outline in the park's master plan. That's why the Town is working to build the park in phases over the next decade or more.

The first phase, set to be complete in fall 2014, will include: the fieldhouse, indoor leisure/lap pool, outdoor lighted athletic field, parking, landscaping and basic park-wide infrastructure.

It will take significant public and private investment to build all of the park's amenities as outlined in the park's master plan. Therefore, the park will be fully built out over the next decade or more.

See the future
The community contributed to a meaningful master plan, to which the Town remains fully committed.

Future phases could include traditional play and athletic features, and unique amenities such as an outdoor amphitheater, pond, indoor event space, adventure playground, trails and more.
