Cobblestone Ranch Park Master Plan Open House Postcard front

Let's continue the conversation

Since the meeting in August, the team has continued to work on the master plan for Cobblestone Ranch Park.  Now, we have a tentative plan. Join the upcoming open house to provide feedback and make sure your opinions are heard.

Cobblestone Ranch Park Master Plan Open House
7-8 p.m. | Tuesday, Oct. 29
Sage Canyon Elementary School, 2420 Autumn Sage St.

The Town has allocated $4 million to develop a roughly 10-acre parcel as the first phase of the park. Before this neighborhood component can be designed, an overall master plan for the 168-acre site must be complete.

With that in mind, the design team, led by Norris Design, has been working through the master planning process. The team has identified opportunities and a few constraints. At this open house the design team will present design  options and discuss potential future features like additional trails, baseball fields and other elements, like pavilions and playgrounds, to serve the neighborhood.

Norris Design has previously worked with the Town on Deputy Zack S. Parrish III Memorial Park, Wrangler Park, and the redesign of Castle North Park.

Not able to attend? Provide your feedback online at CRgov.com/FutureParks. The proposed design will be online the week of the meeting. Feedback will be collected through Wednesday, Nov. 20.
