View the design concept - new neighborhood park open house!

On Monday, Feb. 5, design concepts for the Meadows Filing 18 new neighborhood park site were presented at a public open house. Approximately 75 residents attended; 250 additional residents provided input through an online survey.

Architect Norris Design presented three concept themes, including, Space Exploration, Colorado - The Front Range and Kaleidoscope. In addition to offering feedback on design concepts, residents commented on their favored and least-favored amenities. Norris Design and Parks and Recreation staff have since incorporated resident input into a consolidated park master plan.

The results are in! View survey responses and the park master plan online.

You're invited! View and discuss the master plan at the next New Neighborhood Park Open House from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 28 at Aspen View Academy Cafeteria, 2131 Low Meadow Blvd.

Next steps include seeking master plan review and approval from the Parks and Recreation Commission and Town Council this spring. These meetings are also open to the public. Stay up-to-date at
