Castle Rock Neighborhoods Map now available

In an effort to answer some commonly asked questions about Castle Rock’s neighborhoods, the Town launched its Castle Rock Neighborhoods Map. Over 150 Castle Rock neighborhoods are mapped in this interactive, geographic information system neighborhood mapping site. The mobile-friendly map can be searched by address, neighborhood name or by clicking on an area of interest. Find neighborhood-specific information, including neighborhood boundaries, contact information and links to association/property management, in an easy-to-use format.

Cobblestone Ranch

located at Castle Oaks Drive and Missoula Trail

• Builder is Richmond American Homes 
• 19 single-family estate lots on minimum one-acre lots
• Includes street improvements to Castle Oaks Drive at McMurdo Gulch
• Includes extension of the Front Range Trail from Castle Oaks Drive to the southern edge of the Cobblestone Ranch development, and will be extended in the future through Terrain

Crystal Valley Ranch Homestead

located on the interior of Loop Road

• Builders include Richmond American Homes, Century and DR Horton
• 907 single-family homes on 252.2 acres
• More than 69 acres of open space and landscape area
• Six construction phases - final phase of construction began November 2020

• Mixed use commercial/residential project currently under construction
• 124 for sale condominiums
• Ground floor retail and office space
• 601-space parking garage (308 for public use)
• Project includes civic plaza and dog park

• 57 single-family lots
• 38.7 acres total for Filing 16
• Town received a 25-acre open space dedication with the project

• More than 17,000 square foot indoor recreational climbing facility
• Multiple climbing walls with over 100 routes and bouldering areas
• Will include a climbing pro shop
• Project includes a trail connection from the south side of Meadows Boulevard to Future Street
• Under construction, planned opening late summer 2021

USPS retail facility

• Construction started October 2020
• New 5,380 square foot single-story building
• Expected completion early 2021
