Let the Castle Rock Recreation Center help you start the new year off right. From promo prices to improved fitness class, there’s a ton new for you in 2022 that will help you crush those New Year’s resolutions.

From Jan. 1, through 16, get 10% off personal training packages, annual memberships, initial payments on monthly payment plans and multi-visit passes. Use code NEWYEAR22. The Castle Rock Recreation Center is the Town’s premier workout facility. Enjoy group fitness classes, high-tech cardio equipment, a weight room and more. Group fitness classes cover a variety of workout routines, and several new programs are being added for 2022.

New group fitness classes:

  • Restorative Yoga – a relaxing type of yoga where participants are supported with blankets, blocks or bolsters and focused on deep relaxation, tension, holding patterns and balance.
  • Power Punch Parkinson’s Boxing – the first non-contact boxing program for people with Parkinson’s disease.
  • Cross Training – keep those muscles guessing with this unique and fun class that uses a variety of equipment, cardio drills and strength exercises.
  • Weight Room Orientation – let a certified personal trainer teach you how to use the weight room equipment safely and effectively.

Group fitness classes are included in the Recreation Center membership or daily admission. Several fee-based premium classes, not included in the membership fee, will also be available for the winter/spring season.

New premium fitness classes: 

  • Between a Walk and a Hard Pace – achieve the next level of your running goals with this 5K running program.
  • Golfer’s Off Season Conditioning – discover golf-specific training that will help improve your power, flexibility and strength.
  • Strollin’ Strong – a total body conditioning program perfect for caregivers and their young children. Load up the stroller for this fun-filled workout.
