Whether by adding amenities or keeping up on current services, Town Council and the Town’s staff strive every day to keep Castle Rock a great place to live.
Toward that end, thousands of Castle Rock households recently were randomly selected to provide feedback on how the Town is performing as part of the 2021 community survey process. Additionally, every business in Town holding a Town business license has been invited to participate.
Contacts are occurring three ways: a mailed letter providing a link to the online survey and a call-in number to complete it by phone; an email with a link to the survey; and/or a phone call requesting an interview from the third-party research firm that’s completing the surveys, ComEngage. Regardless of how you may be contacted, the Town requests your participation in this important process.
The resident survey takes about 20 minutes to complete, and the business survey about 10 minutes.
Please note that the selected households each have been assigned a unique, one-time user ID that is required to complete the survey. Ample responses will be collected so the survey results statistically represent the community’s views.
The results will help the Town plan for its future. They will be reported to Town Council and the community in April and posted at CRgov.com/2021survey.
Though not every household will receive an invitation, the Town values everyone’s feedback. A supplemental survey that will be open to the entire community will be available during March; watch CRgov.com for an announcement.
