Feedback from the community helps the Town improve its services. Through April 23, residents can provide the Town feedback by answering a survey at CastleRockSurvey.com.
This opportunity is a continuation of the Town’s 2017 community survey process. In March, thousands of Castle Rock households were randomly selected to answer the survey as part of the project. All Town-licensed businesses were invited to participate at that time, too.
The resident survey available now is identical to the resident survey distributed in March, so those who already answered do not need to resubmit information. The questionnaire takes about 30 minutes to complete.
Results from the scientific survey conducted in March are being prepared for presentation to Town Council in May. Results from this open survey will be compared to the scientific results, and any key differences will be noted in the final survey report. Additionally, comments submitted via the open survey will be shared with Town Council and Town staff.
The Town commissions a resident and business survey in each odd-numbered year. The feedback provided is vital in helping the Town monitor its performance over time and is used as the Town budgets and plans for its future.
The final report will be published at CRgov.com/2017survey sometime in May.
