Dear Neighbor,
You are cordially invited to our first neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed project in your area for a Site Development Plan Amendment for 217 Fourth St. This is the first neighborhood meeting for the proposed project and will be hosted virtually via a Zoom webinar at 6 PM Tuesday, May 24. The project’s architecture will be reviewed by the Historic Preservation Board in a public hearing to be scheduled in the future. The Site Development Plan will be reviewed by the Design Review Board in a public hearing to be scheduled in the future.
The purpose of this neighborhood meeting is to share the proposed project, gather and understand feedback, and answer any questions you may have. Within this notice, you will find a vicinity map and renderings of the proposal.
Project Information
Next Door Bar at 217 Fourth St is proposing a 702 square foot patio enclosed by stucco and stone walls with a gate that opens on Fourth St on the west side of the building. Amenities to the patio include an open wood pergola with festoon/string lights, dining tables, lounge seating, and an outdoor fireplace. A new opening is proposed in the exterior of the west wall of the existing building. The existing ivy is to remain.
