Neighborhood Meeting – Site Development Plan The Meadows Affordable Senior Multi-Family, approximately 5.4 acres, located northwest of the Timber Mill Parkway and North Meadows Drive Intersection - HYBRID MEETING

In-Person and Virtual Neighborhood Meeting:  Monday, May 16, 2022 at 6 p.m.

You are invited to attend, either in person or virtually, a neighborhood meeting regarding a proposed Site Development Plan in your area known as “The Meadows Affordable Senior Housing”. This is the first neighborhood meeting for this proposed project. The purpose of this neighborhood meeting is to share information, obtain your feedback, and answer any questions you may have about the proposed Site Development Plan. The approximate 5.4-acre site is generally located northwest of the Timber Mill Parkway and N. Meadows Drive intersection.

Project Proposal
The site plan proposes a 200-unit affordable senior housing multifamily community. The community will consist of a single, 4-story building with wings designed around a central courtyard. One- and two-bedroom units will be offered as a “For Lease” product. On-site surface parking will provide 300 spaces for residents. Two access drives from Timber Mill Parkway are proposed. Interior drive aisles provide emergency access to all sides of the building. The property is within the Meadows Planned Development, Amendment 4, and is zoned to allow senior housing as a use by right.

The Site Development Plan process requires public hearings before the Town of Castle Rock Planning Commission and Town Council, which have not yet been scheduled. Additional, neighborhood meeting(s) are anticipated.
