Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for a Site Development Plan (SDP) for Lot 1 Heckendorf Ranch, Filing No. 2, Amendment No. 3, Town of Castle Rock, County of Douglas, State of Colorado, to be known as Canvas at Castle Rock Townhomes. The application is for a 102-unit townhome development on approximately 10.7 acres, currently vacant land, located at 3771 Plum Creek Blvd., Castle Rock, CO 80104.

Previous neighborhood meetings regarding the SDP proposal occurred virtually on July 6, 2020, Oct. 15, 2020, and on Jan. 12, 2021.

Pursuant to Resolutions 2020-044 and 2020-045 as approved by Town Council, a virtual public hearing on said application will be held before the Planning Commission on Thursday, Jan. 28, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. Public comments are encouraged.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing will be held remotely with no in-person attendance. If you would like to participate in the virtual public hearing, please use any of the following options:
  • To attend the virtual public hearing by computer or phone, please follow the Instructions in the Planning Commission agenda. The Planning Commission agenda can be accessed by clicking “View Current Agenda Packet” at https://crgov.com/2190/Planning-Commission. The agenda for the Jan. 28, 2021 Planning Commission hearing will be posted no later than close of business Thursday, Jan. 21, 2021
