Plum Creek Convenience Site Development Plan
Notice is hereby given that Plum Creek Investments, LLC has requested approval of a Site Development Plan for the property known as
Tract B, Baldwin Park Estates, Filing No. 2, County of Douglas, State of Colorado;
EXCEPT that portion of subject property conveyed to the Town of Castle Rock, a Colorado municipal corporation, in Special Warranty Deed recorded Dec. 10, 2019 at Reception No. 2019084497, Douglas County Records.
The property is located at the southeast corner of Plum Creek Parkway and Lake Gulch Road.
The Site Development Plan proposes to construct a gas station with an 8,975.7 square foot building containing a car wash, convenience store, and future retail.
Public hearings into said application will be held before the Town of Castle Rock Planning Commission on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2020 at 6 p.m. and before the Town Council on Tuesday March 17, 2020 at 6 p.m. Both hearings are held in the Town Council Chambers located at Town Hall, 100 N. Wilcox Street, 2nd Floor, Castle Rock, CO 80104. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing.
Copies of the application materials are available for inspection at the Castle Rock Development Services Department, located in Town Hall at 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104 during regular business hours.
