Twin Star Energy is in the process of requesting approvals for a Site Development Plan application with the Town of Castle Rock for a convenience store with a fueling facility and car wash, and a space for a future tenant (that is yet to be determined). 

The subject property is located in the southeast quadrant of the Plum Creek / Lake Gulch Road intersection. The parcel is located within the Young American Planned Unit Development (PUD) and is zoned for Commercial uses. The PUD zoning was approved on Aug. 30, 1983. Section 10.1 of the PUD establishes the Permitted Uses in this Commercial Area which include:

Personal service establishments
Retail stores and shops
Offices
Financial institutions
Restaurants, lounges and drive-in restaurants
Automobile service and sales
Day care centers
