Notice is hereby given that Kelly Bigsby, submitted an application to the Town of Castle Rock for a public hearing with the Board of Adjustment to request a Variance from the maximum required fence height in the R-1 zone to construct an eight foot (8’) fence in the yard of a single family property. The subject property is addressed as 2 Rock Street, Zoned R-1, and is also described as OULOT A HR Gannon Subdivision.
The public hearing will be held before the Board of Adjustment on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019 at 6 p.m. at the in the Town Council Chambers at the Castle Rock Town Hall, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado, 80104. Public hearing times are approximate. All interested parties are invited to attend.
