Use By Special Review for an Accessory Dwelling Unit and Garage, Located at 110 North Lewis Street
Notice is hereby given that Jodie Anderson requested a Use by Special Review for the removal of the existing, detached garage and adding a new, one-story detached garage and accessory dwelling unit (ADU) to the rear of the property at 110 North Lewis Street. The new, two-car garage would measure approximately 725 square feet with the accessory dwelling unit measuring 662 square feet. Accessory dwelling units built within new structures require the approval of a Use by Special Review which requires public hearings before Planning Commission and Town Council.
A public hearing into said application will be held before the Planning Commission on
Oct. 24, 2019 at 6:00 PM and at Town Council on Nov. 5, 2019 at 6:00 PM (Times are approximate). The hearing will be held at the Castle Rock Town Hall, 2nd floor Council Chambers, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearings.
