Site Development Plan
Notice is hereby given that Castle Rock Development Company has made application for a Site Development Plan for Lot 2A-2, Block 2, Meadows Filing No. 20, Phase 1, Amendment 13. The property is located at the northwest corner of Future Street and Mercantile Street in the Meadows Town Center, described as the northeast quarter of Section 33, Township 7 South, Range 67 west of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in the Town of Castle Rock, County of Douglas, State of Colorado.
The proposed development lies on approximately 3.6 acres. The site plan proposes development of a mixed-use, four story building to include 111 apartments and approximately 4,800 square feet of restaurant space. The building includes two interior courtyards. Residential parking is provided onsite through surface and garage spaces. Restaurant parking is provided through a combination of onsite and offsite spaces, as permitted by the Meadows Planned Development Zoning Regulations. A small pet park is also proposed on the site.
Public hearings into said application will be held before the Town of Castle Rock Planning Commission, Thursday, Oct. 24, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. and before the Town Council, Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. All hearings are held in the Town Hall, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, Castle Rock, CO 80104. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and provide testimony, if so desired.
Copies of the application materials are available for inspection at the Castle Rock Development Services Department, located in Town Hall at 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado, 80104, during regular business hours.
