Notice is hereby given that an application has been made for a landmark alteration certificate to add a detached garage and accessory dwelling unit at 418 N. Lewis Street. The property is located on the east side of N. Lewis Street, also known as Lots 1-3, Block 9, Craig and Gould’s Addition, and consists of 0.482 acres. There are two historic buildings and several landmarked trees located on this site, which was designated as a local landmark in 2002. A public hearing will be held before the Historic Preservation Board on Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. in the Town Council Conference Room at the Castle Rock Town Hall, 100 N. Wilcox Street. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing.

Copies of the application materials are available for inspection at the Castle Rock Development Services Department, located in Town Hall at 100 N. Wilcox Street, Castle Rock, Colorado, 80104 during regular business hours.
