Crystal Valley Ranch Filing No. 15 Site Development Plan Amendment No. 2
Notice is hereby given that Crystal Valley Recover Acquisition, LLC has made application for a Site Development Plan (SDP) amendment for Crystal Valley Ranch Filing No. 15. The property is located south of Crystal Valley Parkway, between West Loop Road and East Loop Road, legally described as a parcel of land lying in Section 24 and 25, Township 8 South, Range 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian and in Sections 19 and 30, Township 8 South, Range 66 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, County of Douglas, State of Colorado.
Crystal Valley Ranch Filing No. 15 consists of approximately 252 acres and is approved for 907 single-family dwelling units. This SDP amendment proposes changes to the right-of-way and common area landscaping, only. The revised landscape plan promotes water conservation, as required by the Town’s Landscape and Irrigation Performance standards approved April 2018.
Public hearings into said application will be held before the Planning Commission, Thursday, August 8th, at 6:00 p.m. and before the Town Council Tuesday, August 20th at 7:00 p.m. Both hearings will be held at Town of Castle Rock Town Hall, 100 N. Wilcox Street, Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, Castle Rock, CO 80104. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing.
