About the project

Echelon is an apartment complex with 17 three-story apartment buildings containing 238 residential units, a clubhouse/leasing office, a pool and a dog park. The apartment complex includes 505 parking spaces with 169 attached garage parking spaces and 336 surface parking spaces. The development is located east of Founders Parkway and South Castle Oaks Drive. Garett Companies is the developer of the property.

The site development plan (originally referred to as Caliber) was approved by Town Council on June 2, 2020. See below for a timeline of administrative approvals since Town Council approval. Such items as construction plans, subdivision plats, and permits are reviewed and approved administratively per Town code.

Current Project Status

The project is currently under construction and expected to be completed by Spring 2021.
