Multisport Swim Training

Designed for entry-level non-swimmers, aspiring triathletes and elite-level swimmers. Enjoy a challenging workout in a positive and fun group setting. Expect a variety of swim sets and drills to improve technique. If you are seeking a new low-impact, total-body cardio exercise, swimming may be exactly what you’re looking for.Ages: 16+
