Summer Fitness Events
Come get a great work out and enjoy the great outdoors with the Town's Summer Fitness Series.
Challenge yourself and your friends by conquering the 200-stair Challenge Hill at Philp S. Miller Park, or try a new fitness formats during our free Fitness Fridays - each week a new exercise format is highlighted. You can even recharge with free Yoga in the Park each Sunday morning.
These free fitness opportunities are open to all fitness levels and all ages.
Plus, don't miss our fall outdoor fitness fundraising event the Dance Glow Party, which supports the Adaptive Recreation program.
June-August
8-9 a.m.
Check out new exercise formats like Tabata, Dance & Sculpt, HIIT and more. Challenge yourself by trying out a new and fun fitness class. Classes are open to all fitness levels and the entire family is welcome!
Stay tuned for more details on the 2021 season. Changes will be made to accommodate social distancing and State health guidelines. Also, registration will be required. The weekly exercise format schedule will be coming soon.

Practicing outdoors adds a different dimension to one’s yoga practice. Yoga means “union” and when practiced outside, you can experience union with nature, humanity and the universe. Being outside deepens the yoga experience in many ways and helps focus awareness, breathe deeply and practice stillness.
