Financial Filings

Financial information is public record

Reporting is required of all candidate and issue committees and is a matter of public record. Even if no contributions were received or no expenditures were made, reporting is still required and must be filed by the election calendar deadline of 5 p.m.

After the election and until a termination report is filed, quarterly reporting is required as follows:
  • Jan. 1
  • April 1
  • July 1
  • Oct. 1

If the reporting day is on a weekend or a legal holiday, the report shall be filed by the close of the next business day. The reporting period closes five calendar days prior to the date the report is due.
