Raptors over the Rock

Join Nature’s Educators as we dive into the characteristics that define raptors. Discover the various types of raptors that live all over the world. Find out what they eat, how they hunt, and where they live.

Then meet four ambassadors that represent the raptors in our area and hear about their personal stories. Followed by meet and greet where kids and parents can get up close to the ambassadors, ask questions and take pictures.

The Critter Crate from Colorado Parks & Wildlife will also be available starting at 5 p.m. This interactive crate contains bird nests, eggs, puppets, talons, tracks, birds of prey chart, coloring pages, and bird books.
