The Castle Rock Recreation Center offers more than 100 group fitness classes each week to help you reach your goals. Classes are free with a pass or daily admission.

Fitness Fridays!

Join us for FREE fitness fun at the Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park. There‚Äôs something for everyone! Each week highlights a different fitness format. Plus, all classes are appropriate for all fitness levels. Children are welcome!
