Asphalt overlay and full depth reclamation project


This project involves the removal and replacement of curbs, gutters and sidewalk. Streets usually are worked on in groups, and the work typically occurs April through August. The projects consist of patching, milling, or removing the existing pavement, followed by repaving.

Miscellaneous concrete replacement


Concrete replacement or patching occurs between May and September. Projects involve removing damaged sections of roads, curb, gutter, and sidewalk with replacing with new concrete. Biding scheduled tentatively for July.

Slurry seal with concrete replacement project


The slurry seal project includes the replacement of curbs, gutters, and sidewalks between April through July. This project involves sealing cracks and patching potholes, followed by sealing the existing asphalt with slurry. This type of sealing is used on streets with light-medium traffic volumes.

Crack seal and mastic project


The crack seal and mastic project takes place in August and September as an important step in preventing moisture from penetrating the subgrade and causing additional pavement failures, which maximizes the pavement lifespan at the lowest cost.

Concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk replacement project


The concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk replacement project entails the removal and replacement of damaged concrete within the designated neighborhoods. This project takes place April to June.

Concrete pavement restoration project


The concrete pavement restoration program occurs in either July or August. This involves the removal, replacement, grinding, and joint sealing of concrete pavement.

Reconstruction project


The reconstruction program typically occurs between April and August.  This project involves the removal of existing pavement,  curb, gutter & sidewalk repairs and asphalt paving.

Facilities parking lots project


The facilities parking lots project includes asphalt patching, concrete pavement removal and replacement, concrete joint sealing and the replacement of damaged curb and gutter. Asphalt parking lots will also be seal coated. This project typically takes place during the month of September.
